Kent Gosden | Principal

Kent Gosden has worked as a professional engineer in the electricity supply industry since 1981. From 1981-1992 he worked with SEQEB (now ENERGEX) in a diverse range of roles, including Regional Design Engineer, Major Consumers Engineer and Technical Investigations Engineer. In 1992/1993 he worked as a computer analyst/programmer in the UK. Since 1994 Kent has worked as an independent consultant to the electricity supply industry within Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, working on hundreds of different projects covering a wide range of disciplines - lines, substations, lighting, subdivision design and planning. He is the author of numerous electricity authority manuals and training courses.

Brad Thomas is an experienced executive with a strong technical background and 30+ years of broad ranging experience within the Electricity Supply Industry in both Australia and New Zealand. Experience has encompassed both rapid growth and contraction environments, including over seven years senior managerial experience as the Mains Design Manager for Energex. Brad's extensive experience within Energex & Ergon enables him to help developers navigate the complex requirements of the various authorities from whom approvals are required in order to bring projects to a sucessful completion.

Gayan Jayaweera | Design Manager

Gayan Jayweera has managed design services at Electro for more than a decade and has designed hundreds of major projects including extremely large subdivisions, complex Large Customer Connections, substations, extensive overhead and underground upgrades. Gayan's extensive experience and technical knowledge enables Electro to maintain its high quality of design. His focus is on helping developers to get projects to completion in the fastest and most economical way possible.

Ivy has an extensive design experience in subdivisions and public lighting. Her administrative skills and experience help her care for Electro's quality systems.
